Terms and conditions:
Academics: To qualify for this discount you must prove you are a full time student or educator. Academics are eligible to attend all sessions and will gain access to the exhibition area and conference social functions and two nights accommodation. Avenues Event Management must receive payment by Friday 13th September 2019 for this discounted rate to be applicable.
Attendance: All registered attendees must present photo ID when registering onsite and must wear their New Zealand Petroleum Conference 2019 name badge to gain entry to the venue and sessions.
Cancellations: Should you be unable to attend, you may allocate a substitute to attend in your place. All replacement delegates must register with event organisers prior to the event and are subject to the same confirmation rules documented below. Cancellations up to 12th July 2019 will be refunded less a $175 + GST cancellation fee. Cancellations beyond this date will not receive a refund. All registrations received after the 12th July 2019 require payment in full.
Confirmation: Upon submission of this registration request the organisers will be in touch within three (3) working days. Please note that until a written acceptance is received from the organisers your registration is not confirmed, and the organisers reserve the right to refuse any registration deemed unsuitable.
Interested parties will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No discussion will be entered into with refused parties. If full payment is not received prior to the conference start date, the organisers reserve the right to deny entry to the affected parties.
Earlybird discount: Registrants will be able to select the Earlybird conference fee of $2,187.04 + GST (or $2,387.04 + GST for non-members) up until 5pm Friday 14th June 2019. If payment has not been received and confirmed by the organisers by 9am Monday 17th June 2019 then the Regular registration fee of $2,487.04 + GST (or $2,687.04 + GST for non-members) will apply. This applies to registrants submitting direct credit/bank transfers, cheques, and credit card payment that are incomplete for any reason
Gala dinner: The conference gala dinner is included in the registration fee and open to all confirmed attendees including delegates, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and academics. Additional tickets may be purchased, subject to availability, for $175 + GST and payment received by Friday 6th September 2019.
Liability: PEPANZ and Avenues Event Management (the organisers) are not liable of any loss or damage as a result of an alteration, cancellation or postponement of this event. If the event is altered, re-scheduled, postponed, cancelled or rendered inadvisable, impracticable or impossible due to a fortuitous event or unforeseen occurrence, the organisers shall not be liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising from a failure to perform any term in this contract. For the purposes of this clause a fortuitous event shall include fire, armed conflict, disaster, civil commotion, government restrictions and/or regulations, riots, terrorism or an act of terrorism, any emergency, curtailment, suspension and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the organisations. No refunds will be made.
Standard registrations: To qualify for the standard individual registration rate payment must be received by Friday 13th September 2019. PEPANZ does not guarantee registration if payment has not been received in full before this date and entry into the conference will be denied.
